Position Overview:We're looking for a sharp, technically-minded Product Manager to own a specific product domain within our Opus platform. This is a role for someone eager to learn fast, think hard, and make a real impact. You'll translate high-level company strategy into clear, actionable requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship products that matter.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Take full ownership of the roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for your product domain
Translate company vision and business objectives into clear, measurable product goals and deliverables
Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation
Discovery & User Research
Develop a deep understanding of target users — their needs, workflows, and pain points
Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify impactful problems and validate product hypotheses
Translate validated insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Development & Delivery
Build and maintain a prioritised roadmap balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes
Lead agile development processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and managing cross-functional dependencies
Coordinate go-to-market launches with marketing, sales, and support teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the product expert for engineering, making clear trade-off decisions throughout development
Keep stakeholders informed on performance, timelines, and priorities
Partner with design to ensure user experience aligns with product goals and brand standards
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role
A genuine understanding of technology; you don't need to code, but you must be able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them clearly across the organisation
Smart, hungry, and eager to grow
Solid understanding of agile development processes
Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira or Asana, and analytics platforms
Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and in the room with senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus
