Job description
Regional Marketing Manager, US
Location: Austin, Texas. Remote considered for the right candidate, with regular travel across the US.
About AppliedAI:
AI is everywhere except the bottom line. AppliedAI builds Opus, the only platform that rewires an organization’s processes for AI, runs them, and shows what that’s worth. Insurers, healthcare organizations, banks and other regulated enterprises use Opus to turn an AI mandate into results they can measure. AppliedAI is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and backed by Mubadala, G42, Palantir, Bessemer Venture Partners and other leading investors.
The Role:
As Regional Marketing Manager, US, you own marketing for Opus in the United States and drive the programs that create pipeline in the region.
Partner marketing is the core of the role.
Working with the global marketing team, you drive co-marketing programs with the systems integrators and consulting firms that bring Opus to their clients. That means tailoring the materials their teams use with clients, running joint campaigns and events, and putting Opus in front of the practices and executives where it fits best. Alongside this, you support the US sales team with account-based marketing into its priority accounts, including regulated mid-market companies such as utilities, telcos and health insurers, where Opus sells directly.
You also own the US event calendar, from industry conferences to more intimate executive dinners, including Opus’s US launch and flagship events. You lead local content, LinkedIn and web efforts for the region, adapting Opus’s global materials for US buyers and partners.
You report to Opus’s CEO, Americas, and work closely with the global marketing team, which sets brand, positioning and messaging and provides core materials, programs and playbooks. The role suits a marketer who is credible with senior leaders at a large consulting firm and enjoys scaling programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Partner marketing
-
Run co-marketing programs with each priority firm, focused on the practices, industries and executives where Opus fits best.
-
Shape joint marketing plans with each firm alongside the US leadership team, and run the campaigns, briefings and events that come out of them.
-
Adapt Opus’s global partner kits for each firm, including white-labeled versions, and keep them current with each release.
-
Create and adapt the content partners need in client conversations, including solution briefs, presentations and case studies.
-
Work with Enablement so partner teams know how to use the kits and materials.
Account-based marketing
-
Support the US sales team’s priority accounts, including partner firms and mid-market companies, with account-based programs.
-
Strengthen existing relationships through targeted content, LinkedIn, executive outreach and event invitations.
-
Coordinate with sales and the outbound team so each account gets one consistent approach.
Events
-
Own the US event calendar, from industry conferences to small executive dinners with target accounts and partners.
-
Plan and run the US launch and flagship events, from promotion and invitations through to follow-up.
-
Represent Opus at major industry and partner events.
Content, digital and operations
-
Adapt global sales and marketing materials for US buyers and partners.
-
Lead US content and LinkedIn efforts with the global content team, including support for the US leadership team’s market presence.
-
Own US website pages and campaign landing pages with the global web team.
-
Set up and track campaigns in Salesforce, and report weekly to the global marketing team on program activity and the pipeline it generates.
-
Brief and manage agencies, freelancers and event vendors, and manage the regional program budget.
Qualifications and experience
-
6 to 10+ years in B2B marketing for enterprise software, with at least 3 in partner marketing. Account-based or field marketing experience is a strong plus.
-
A track record of running co-marketing programs, ideally with major systems integrators or consulting firms, and generating pipeline through them.
-
Experience executing against a centrally set brand and playbook, working closely with a global marketing team, agencies and freelancers.
-
Credibility with senior partners and practice leaders at large consulting firms, and the ability to work across matrixed professional-services organizations.
-
Experience creating joint value propositions and enablement content for partner teams, including for white-labeled or OEM products.
-
Experience running account-based programs against named enterprise accounts.
-
Experience planning and running executive events, from small dinners to flagship events owned end to end.
-
Working knowledge of enterprise AI, cloud, data and digital transformation.
-
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, utilities or telco.
-

-
