Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React (Next.js) on the front end and Python (preferably with frameworks like Django or FastAPI) on the backend. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain modern web applications that are scalable, reliable, and user-centric. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and other engineers—to deliver excellent user experiences end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Python.

Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance front-end interfaces.

Develop secure, scalable backend APIs and services.

Collaborate on system architecture design and contribute to technical decision-making.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Integrate front-end applications with backend systems and databases.

Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and infrastructure as needed.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills:
-
3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

Strong understanding of React, Next.js, TypeScript & Redux.

Hands-on experience building backend services using Python with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

Hands-on experience with WebSockets, Socket.io, or SSE.
-
Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice designs.

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud services.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Proven experience in architecting multi-language applications (LTR & RTL)

Experience with asynchronous concepts (e.g., asyncio, Aiohttp).

Familiarity with CRDT frameworks such YJS.
